Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use agentsuniverse.ai, download our content bundles, or interact with Nova, our Instagram assistant. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. What we provide
Agents Universe publishes educational material about building software with AI agents — written guides, downloadable content bundles, and videos. Nova is an assistant connected to our Instagram account: when you comment a keyword on one of our posts or send it a message, it can reply with a link to the relevant material.
Everything we publish is informational. It is not professional, legal, financial, or security advice, and you are responsible for deciding whether it fits your situation.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with the service, or probe, scan, or overload it.
- Automate, script, or otherwise abuse Nova to extract codes or content in bulk.
- Share, resell, or redistribute access codes or paid material you were not granted.
- Misrepresent yourself as us, or as somebody else.
3. Your material
You keep ownership of anything you send us. By sending a comment or message to Nova, you give us permission to process and store it as described in our Privacy Policy — essentially, to read the keyword and reply to you.
You are responsible for what you send. Do not send us confidential information, credentials, or anyone else's personal information.
4. Our material
The Agents Universe name, logo, site, written material, and content bundles belong to AGENTS UNIVERSE LLC or its licensors. You may use what we give you for your own personal and professional work, including at your job. You may not resell it, republish it as your own, or strip our attribution from it.
5. Dependence on Instagram and other platforms
Nova runs on top of Instagram, which is operated by Meta. We do not control Instagram, and we are not responsible for it. Meta can change, limit, or withdraw the access Nova depends on at any time, and the assistant may stop working as a result.
Your use of Instagram is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy, not by ours. Agents Universe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. The same applies to any other third-party platform we rely on.
6. Availability
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that Nova will reply to any particular message. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including Nova, at any time and without notice.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access — including revoking bundle access codes and declining to respond on Instagram — if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use is abusive, automated, or harmful to the service or to others. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information through our Data Deletion page.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGENTS UNIVERSE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
